At the starred restaurant Le Faventia, Chef Quentin André crafts a bespoke pairing built around Veuve Clicquot's cuvées. From the opening Carte Jaune to the rare vintages of La Grande Dame 2018 and 2015, in both white and rosé, every pairing is a signature, every course a revelation.
