Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, Chef Philippe Jourdin draws inspiration from seasonal produce and supports a team passionate about food. He creates colourful and flavoursome dishes, taking a playful approach to textures and daring combinations of authentic and exotic flavours. He and his team are dedicated to introducing you to the best that Provence has to offer.

There is something for everybody at Terre Blanche: Light lunches at Les Caroubiers with a view over the golf course, Michelin-starred dining on the terrace at Le Faventia (1* Michelin restaurant) overlooking the Pays de Fayence, the unmissable Gaudina with its stylish brasserie ambiance and poolside meals at Le Tousco . Don’t forget that there is also Le Pitchoun for the children and, in summer, Le Patio, just right for family meals in summery and relaxed surroundings.
