Reopening of our restaurants

We are delighted to announce the reopening of our restaurants as follows:
 
« Les Caroubiers de Terre Blanche » restaurant
welcomes you since Friday, June 12th 2020.

Le Gaudina, Le Patio and Le Tousco Grill
will reopen on Friday, July 10th 2020.

In all bars and restaurants, customers must wear a mask and must keep it on at all times,
except at the table.

Today, more than ever, you will appreciate the generous volume of our restaurants as well as
their large openings on the surrounding vegetation.

On the terrace of Le Gaudina, in the Patio or at the Tousco Grill, comfort and space are there.
 Our menus favour local, seasonal products and all dishes are homemade.

In the current context and to respond to the need to respect physical distances, we have revised the organisation of the tables in our restaurants so that you can enjoy the dishes of Chef Philippe Jourdin and his team in complete serenity.

On October 2019, Terre Blanche has received the prestigious “Trophée Pomme d’Or” attributed by BVC Expertise, rewarding its irreproachable behavior regarding food safety and its performance in prevention.

The chef and his teams

Customer service and excellence are the watchwords of our restaurants. Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, Chef Philippe Jourdin draws inspiration from seasonal produce and supports a team passionate about food. He creates colourful and flavoursome dishes, taking a playful approach to textures and daring combinations of authentic and exotic flavours. He and his team are dedicated to introducing you to the best that Provence has to offer.

There is something for everybody at Terre Blanche: Light lunches at Les Caroubiers with a view over the golf course, Michelin-starred dining on the terrace at Le Faventia (1* Michelin restaurant) overlooking the Pays de Fayence, the unmissable Gaudina with its stylish brasserie ambiance and poolside meals at Le Tousco . Don’t forget that there is also Le Pitchoun for the children and, in summer, Le Patio, just right for family meals in summery and relaxed surroundings.
