Located in the Clubhouse, Les Caroubiers restaurant offers a magnificent view of hole 18 of the Le Riou course and the green vegetation of the golf course. Meet in this stylish, sporty environment, by the fireplace or on the terrace depending on the season, to enjoy lunch. Les Caroubiers is the favorite gourmet break for golfers, and also attracts hotel guests and locals who appreciate the bistronomic offerings on its menu.

Le Tousco

Enjoy a relaxed lunch next to the infinity pool at Le Tousco, the hotel’s summer restaurant. On its shady terrace based around a stately Provençal-style fountain, the restaurant offers a buffet of salads, salads, tasty grills, wild fish and shellfish, homemade pizzas or Buddha bowls... Adjoining Le Tousco, Le Pitchoun is for children from 3 to 12 years old and has its own menu specially created by a dietician.

Le Patio, located at the heart of Terre Blanche Hotel, is open from springtime. Make the most of its sunny terrace and enjoy breakfast here. During summer evenings it transforms itself into a friendly and musical Lounge-Bar where guests can tuck into a selection of snacks (mixed salads, club sandwiches…), tapas or yet sipping delicious cocktails with friends.

Le Faventia, 1* Michelin Restaurant

The hotel’s gourmet restaurant offers a panoramic view over the unspoilt villages and the hills of the Pays de Fayence. The enchanting decor and sycamore tables create an understated and elegant ambiance. Chef Christophe Schmitt showcases the cuisine of the South of France, taking a little inspiration from the seasons, Provence itself and from the local produce he uses. In 2021, Le Faventia will be open only for 4 prestigious dinners. The Chef will offer a gourmet menu, the 4-course Inspiration menu, every night at Le Gaudina.
