Château d'Esclans Dinner

In exclusive partnership with Château d'Esclans, a vineyard that produces famous rosé wines such as Whispering Angel or Garrus, Terre Blanche also offers a wine and food pairing dinner on Friday July 16, 2021.


Nature's delicacies

Le Faventia, the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, will delight fine palates with its refined and inventive offerings, delicately inspired by the seasons and by the region of Provence and its local produce. Chef Christophe Schmitt has put together a simple but innovative menu.
The wine list showcases the region’s best wines and some marvellous grands crus, all carefully selected..

An enchanting setting

Le Faventia opens out onto a beautiful, large terrace, overlooking the hotel’s infinity pool and with a fine view of the surrounding countryside. The resort of Terre Blanche, far from the bustle of urban life and busy roads, enjoys a unique location in the heart of an unspoilt natural environment. Calm and serenity are the watchwords in this enchanting place, where discerning gourmets relax to the gentle sounds of leaves rustling and birds singing.

Local produce

Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, Chef Christophe Schmitt draws inspiration from seasonal produce and supports a team passionate about food. From Moulin de Callas olive oil to goats’ cheese produced by the Montéiro family, he meticulously chooses the best that nature has to offer. He creates colourful and flavoursome dishes, taking a playful approach to textures and daring combinations of authentic and exotic flavours.

Homemade bread

Our chef’s dedication to authentic and delicious cooking is shared by our pastry chef  and his head baker who have just one goal in mind: to offer you a unique and intense culinary experience. Every loaf of bread in Terre Blanche is created and freshly baked here, prepared with the best flours and ingredients.



Our Pastry Chef is passionate about flavour. Each of his creations is an ode to nature and the best that it has to offer. He is not a man for trickery or gimmicks: his desserts speak for themselves with an explosion of authentic flavours.
