Ingredients

Brown sugar

100 gr

Coconut sugar

50 gr

Salt flower

5 gr

flour

200 gr

baking powder

2 gr

Chocolate chips

75 gr

Butter

100 gr

1 Egg

Preparation:
1. Soften the butter in a bowl
2. Then add all ingredients
3. Mix it all
4. Scoop the dough into balls of 25 gr. each
5. Bake for 6 minutes at 180°C. Midway through cooking, make sure to turn your baking tray over
